Contracts suit companies with five or more PCs and no full-time IT staff, such as trading, design, accounting, logistics and retail firms. Smaller offices can choose quarterly visits or book visits one at a time. Contract customers can book scheduled maintenance on the website; the system reserves a slot every month or quarter and sends a reminder the day before.

Pricing
From HK$150 per PC per month (minimum HK$600 a month, 12-month contract). The final price is confirmed after inspection, before any work starts. Businesses can apply for corporate pricing and monthly billing.

What is the minimum contract period?

What if a PC breaks during the contract?
Contract customers get priority on-site repair. Labour is charged or waived as set out in the contract; parts are extra.
Can I book maintenance online?
Yes. Contract accounts can pick a date and time on the booking page and set monthly or quarterly repeats.
