Before you bring it in
Back up important files if you can, and note your login password so we can test the laptop after repair. A swollen battery (a raised case or lifted touchpad) should not be charged; bring it in as soon as possible. Some parts must be ordered, and we will tell you the expected time before we start.

Drop-off inspection HK$150 (deducted if you go ahead); parts quoted by model. The final price is confirmed after inspection, before any work starts. Businesses can apply for corporate pricing and monthly billing.

How long does a battery replacement take?
Usually the same day when the part is in stock; otherwise we tell you the expected time first.
My laptop got wet. What should I do?
Turn it off, unplug it and do not try to start it again. Bring it in for inspection as soon as possible.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Replaced parts carry a warranty; the period depends on the part and is shown on the receipt.
