How we diagnose
We ask when and how the fault appears, then test the power supply, memory, drive and motherboard and read the system logs. Once we find the cause, we list the parts and cost, and repair only after you agree. If the drive shows signs of failure, we back up your data first.

Drop-off inspection HK$150 (deducted if you go ahead); Windows reinstall HK$380; parts extra. The final price is confirmed after inspection, before any work starts. Businesses can apply for corporate pricing and monthly billing.

FAQ
Is there an inspection fee?
Inspection is HK$150. If you go ahead with the repair, the fee is deducted from the repair cost.
How long does a repair take?
Most faults are fixed the same day or within one to two working days. If parts must be ordered, we tell you the expected time first.
Will I lose my files?
We check your data before repair and back it up when needed. If the drive has failed, data recovery can be arranged.
Can you repair on-site?
Yes. Businesses can book on-site inspection and repair, mainly in Kwun Tong and East Kowloon.
